Hilda Nafula Masika is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over eight (8) years experience in Corporate and Commercial law, Legal and compliance audits, Governance audits, Board evaluations and Company secretarial services.
Prior to joining Dorion Associates in December 2018, Hilda worked at Mumias Sugar Company Limited from December 2012 to December 2016, first as a Legal assistant for seven (7) months and thereafter as Legal Officer for three (3) years and six (6) months. During the period served at Mumias, Hilda specialized in compliance, litigation, risk and contract management. She also handled employment and labour matters, supported internal clients and undertook administrative tasks including section budgeting, cost monitoring and elements of staff supervision. She also assisted the Company Secretary in Board Management.
From January 2017 to December 2018, Hilda worked at Wambilianga, Majani & Associates Advocates as Corporate & Commercial Consulting Counsel.
Since joining the Dorion Associates team, Hilda has been involved in providing services in Governance audits, Legal and compliance audits, Board evaluations, Board and management consultancy and Company secretarial services.
Hilda holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Nairobi, a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and a Master in Leadership Management Degree from St. Paul’s University.
